We pulled up the carpet and this is what we found.  yuck.  After refinishing, we are loving how nice it turned out.  Actually the color looks a little lighter in this photo; the color is called red mahogany, so in real life it's a bit darker and reddish.

High School Reunion

25 Years ago, I graduated from high school.  Wow!  Now they are tearing down my school.  :(  But, it's okay, it's being rebuilt next door and it'll be nice and big and updated.  Here's me next to our Titan.

Spring Family Trip

The first thing we did for Spring was to go to Logan as a family. We spent lots of time together and the girls just loved the hotel.  We went to the Temple grounds, up the canyon, the creamery for ice cream, the dairy for cheese, local restaurants, and around Utah State campus.

First and last of Fall?

Grandma's girls!  These are the only fall leaves we got to enjoy this year (up close).  Two days later, it snowed!  UTAH!

Emma is 4 years old!  She's so big, now!

Food just makes Emma so happy.  I love this photo.

Emma turned 4 years old!  She has been so excited and thinks she's so big now.  And actually, she is acting much bigger.  Potty accidents have diminished *almost* completely, she no longer sucks her lip, and she rarely touches my neck (which is SUCH a relief).  She's consciously made efforts and I'm really surprised she's done so well.

Now, I was thinking of some things she does that are still cute and little.  I wanted to make a list of some cute words she says.

Pampakes - Pancakes
Pasketti - Spaghetti
Hangabers - Hamburgers
Nanny McClee - Nanny McPhee
Punkin - Pumpkin
Man-aise (like Dad) - Mayonnaise
Yorgurt - Yogurt

Also, she says "I love you, Mom",  whenever she is eating!  She is so loving and happy when there is food in front of her.
We are sure glad Emma is a part of our family.  We love our unique girl!
