Well, I wasn't sure the boys would like it, but I wanted them to see all the cats and dogs at the Humane Society. I really wanted to take Isabelle, too - Probably the bigger reason. They really have a ton of animals there. We should have asked more questions as to what happens if the animals don't find a home, etc. But we really had a good time looking at the cats and finding one to play with. Emma had to kiss the one we chose, and I intercepted her just as she was about to do it. Well she looked at me and had a big stink! She yelled at me and threw a fit. Then she bent down again and kissed the darn cat. She will not be told she can't kiss something, especially a cat! She's constantly kissing Orion and trying to kiss Kara's cats. Anyway, we loved all the cats and really wanted to pick one to take home to Orion, but... we stayed strong. The dog area was another story. All the dogs were barking and it echoed all around so loudly, it just scared the pants off both Isabelle and Emma. We had to rush outta there because they were both in tears. We went into the small dogs and puppies room. It was somewhat quieter, but still scary after all that. We ended up just taking turns to see those pups and didn't spend anymore time with dogs. We ended up holding one more kitten before we left. Isabelle loved seeing those "Lil kitties", and the boys thought it was pretty cool. We all had a good time.
